The Treeby Project with Dale Alcock Projects was an enormous, hugely successful project. This was the ‘Terraces by Stockland’ release, with 118 terraced homes.
Structerre worked with Dale Alcock Projects at every stage of the process for this incredible project. We undertook the following: BAL Assessment, Site Inspections, Soil Classification, Compaction Testing, Suspended Slab Inspections, Structural Certifications, Energy Efficiency Certification, Drawing Amendments & Performance Solution for Waterproofing.
This release spanned across 4 stages, for this project highlight, we will be showcasing Stage 1A, the Calleya Estate in Treeby, WA. Stage 1A of The Terraces was made up of eight 3×2 townhouses designed with downsizers, young families and young professionals in mind. The goal for the Terraces was to deliver high-quality homes whilst maintaining affordability.
The Terraces are located adjacent to the village centre of Calleya and are the centre of the local community. The designs and finishes both internal and external were excellent and received much praise on the quality of finishes and materials. Upon completion, this stage was sold out within 4 months.
