Affinity Village is a luxurious clubhouse facility located in the heart of the Stockland Retirement Living community in Baldivis.

 

Delivering energy and water efficiency, the facility was able to achieve a 5-star Green Star rating, making it one of Australia’s first public buildings to accomplish this prestigious certification. Structerre worked closely with the client to achieve the Green Star rating by selecting suitable materials for construction during the structural design process.
