The clubhouse features a fully equipped kitchen, lounge and computer areas, bowling green, swimming pool, barbeque area and a small gym. Structerre supplied structural and civil services for this project.

The structural elements for this complex included in-situ concrete footings, a basement slab on ground with concrete columns, in-situ concrete suspended slabs, load bearing masonry, suspended concrete ramps and swimming pool, and steel framed port cohere entry statements, all of which are providing an easy living space and environment for the residents.
