Our geotechnical team carried out a series of investigations, invasive tests and excavations to determine the height of the water table and the suitability of existing ground conditions. Our civil design team undertook pad foundation and earthworks designs in accordance with the concept layouts whilst determining the requirements for retaining walls and lot connectivity.
Savage Road incorporated a pit and pipe drainage system which catered for designated events and durations to be retained on site. Water and sewer reticulation connection to each plot was provided by the Structerre hydraulics and civil team. Landscaping, communications, electrical and gas designs were carried out externally. In addition to this, Structerre provided full tendering assessment and contract award on behalf of the developer and the construction administration services.
